Hi! I’m churtch, I’ve spent the majority of my adult life in the piercing industry. I am about to celebrate my 20th year as a body piercer, a portion of that in Iowa, managing 5 shops, time working guest spots to continue my education in my craft and much of the time right here at Wingnut. Being a part of this industry brings me incredible amounts of joy.  I have dabbled in a lot of different types of work, not only can I pierce you, I can pour you a new sidewalk, work on your car, and build you a kitchen table. I pride myself on my collection of skills.  I also like collecting oddities and all the random, weird stuff.

I have an amazing 15-year-old daughter named Aleah, honestly, one of the sweetest and most polite children you’d ever encounter. I was married in May of 2021 to my adorable mustache man, Mike Chester. Our lives are filled with so much laughter because that man never ceases to be hilarious. My life is filled with people who can make anyone laugh, including at the shop; the weekend crew always has the funniest conversations. 

Now, as far as piercing goes, I am a huge fan of doing paired nostrils, fun ear projects, the stuff that takes a bit more work to get just right. I love being a part of people achieving their own idea of beauty. There really aren’t a lot of piercings I don’t do, unless it’s something unsafe or something that does not suit your anatomy. I want nothing more than to give you something beautiful that will heal and stay with you for years to come.
